NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Strong storms will be the story of your Sunday at least through the morning hours of today.
A boundary that is crawling from west to east will keep us under the risk of heavy storms over the next several hours. Some of the storms have shown signs of rotation so there is a tornado risk. Outside of any tornado activity, the storms could lead to street flooding or strong gusty winds. Stay tuned to the weather this morning.
We should clear this up by the afternoon hours and maybe even see a little sun before the day is out. After we get past this storm threat, the next big thing in weather is the strongest front of the season arriving on Wednesday. Temperatures will be tumbling late week as north winds turn quite gusty.
