New Orleans Police Search for Suspect Jeremy Johnson in Domestic Assault Case, Public Urged to Report Sightings

New Orleans Police have issued a public call for assistance in locating Jeremy Johnson, the suspect in a recent case of domestic aggravated assault, extortion, stalking, and unlawful communications. According to the NOPD News release, Johnson, identified as a Black male born on March 8, 1990, is believed to be driving a white 2023 Nissan Rogue with Louisiana license plate 287JDZ. In the incident, which took place at approximately 1:30 p.m. on October 29, Johnson reportedly attempted to shoot the victim and threatened to end her life in the 2900 block of Upperline Street, according to NOPD News.

Anyone with pertinent information about the crimes or Johnson’s whereabouts, or a suspect who is considered to be dangerous, is encouraged by officials to come forward.
