NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – According to police, both lanes of the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway were shut down Monday morning (Nov. 17) due to foggy conditions and a multi-vehicle accident.
Just before 10 a.m., the Southbound direction reopened with fog restrictions in the right lane.
