LOUISIANA — New Orleans police are investigating a double homicide in the Tulane-Gravier neighborhood. Officers responded to the 100 block of North Johnson Street just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday after reports of a shooting.
Police found two victims with gunshot wounds. Initially, one victim was taken to a local hospital, but New Orleans EMS later confirmed that both victims were dead at the scene. Authorities reported that a quantity of suspected illegal drugs was also found at the location.
