On November 18, 2025, public records show that four people were arrested in St. Charles Parish. Jose Valdez-Palalcios, 46, of LaPlace, was charged with driving on a roadway laned for traffic, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and first-offense DWI. Torrence L. Neal, 46, also from LaPlace, was arrested on multiple attachment and bench warrants for contempt of court, including misdemeanor and felony charges.
