Missing Gretna teenager found Wednesday morning

GRETNA, La. (WGNO) — A teenager with autism, who was reported missing from Gretna on Tuesday, has been located.

According to the Gretna Police Department, a 17-year-old boy was last seen at 3:15 p.m. at the corner of Fourth Street and Anson Street in Gretna, leaving school.

Gretna officers reported that at 5:57 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, the teen was found in the 800 block of Romain Street, reportedly asleep in a restroom.
