METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) — For the past two years, Super Witch Ice Cream owner Briggs Barrios has been selling his ice cream online with a unique business model.
His ice cream flavors changed every week, and your only chance to get them was on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. through the “Hot Plate” website. At the time, orders were only available for pickup on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 5640 Jefferson Hwy.
Now, Barrios has an official storefront to sell his ice cream…
