The owner of the Fleurty Girl boutique shops is purchasing a building near the corner of West Esplanade Avenue and Causeway Boulevard and plans to move her Metairie flagship store.
The 5,000-square-foot building at 3212 West Esplanade Avenue is more than double the size of the current Metairie Fleurty Girl store in the Lakeside Plaza strip mall on Severn Avenue, across from Lakeside Shopping Center. The building has been under contract since October and is scheduled to close in two weeks, according to Lauren Haydel, Fleurty Girl founder and owner.
