NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Black Organization of Police held its fifth annual Shop with a Cop event Monday, Dec. 22.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, Shop with a Cop was developed with the idea of helping children aged 7-12 in the community whose families may be facing financial challenges during the holiday season.
