PLAQUEMINES PARISH (WVUE) – Several people and companies have filed lawsuits over tolls on the new Belle Chasse Bridge, targeting the state and the company that operates the bridge.
The plaintiffs want their money back for tolls they paid, an injunction against future tolls, and the public-private partnership that built the bridge declared null and void.
