METAIRIE, La. (WVUE) – If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, experts say the local housing market is improving, and that trend may continue into the new year.
In 2025, there were more than 10,800 closed sales in the New Orleans metro area. That’s almost 2% better than the previous year, according to the latest tracking from the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, or NOMAR.
