NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — From the 100 to 300 block of Bourbon Street, the “Second Line in the Sky” has become a powerful visual tribute.
Members of the French Quarter Terrorism Attack Memorial Commission said it has become a place of reflection, healing, and remembrance, honoring the 14 lives lost and victims of the Bourbon Street terror attack one year ago.
