Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives investigating the death of a man gunned down during a break-in at his Harvey apartment have arrested a second suspect in the case.
Tequian Singleton, 22, was booked Tuesday with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, aggravated burglary and obstruction of justice, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
