NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A New Orleans man accused of shooting a 4-year-old boy and another man during a suspected domestic dispute on New Year’s Day had bond set Wednesday (Jan. 7) at nearly a half-million dollars.
Robert Torregano, 25, appeared in Orleans Parish Magistrate Court for a hearing on whether he was so dangerous that he should be held without bail. A magistrate commissioner set his bond at $490,000.
