The new Mayor of New Orleans can’t update the city’s social media, saying the former mayor and her team won’t share the passwords.
Moreno Communications Director Isis Casanova said, “Unfortunately, our team did not receive key security credentials and accurate passwords to access city social media accounts despite requests throughout the transition.”
