NEW ORLEANS — A large fire has been spotted in New Orleans East.
At this time, it is unclear what is on fire. WWLTV tower cameras show the fire appears to be in the area off I-10 and Bullard. NOFD has confirmed that the fire was caused by burning tires, but no additional details are available.
