A preliminary investigation by the Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office found that the man who died in jail Sunday died of natural causes, the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
The coroner’s office said final toxicology results are pending and did not provide additional information about circumstances of the death.
