The Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against a former Westwego Police officer accused of illegally pocketing $100,000 in a vehicle inspection scheme.
Leroy Victoriano Jr., 61, was charged Jan. 16 with malfeasance in office, money laundering and filing false public reports, Jefferson Parish court records said.
