Orleans school board attorney says trial with city delayed after schools file to intervene

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The attorney for the Orleans Parish School Board said Wednesday (Jan. 28) a trial between the district and the City of New Orleans over millions of dollars has been delayed.

Attorney Bill Aaron told Fox 8 that Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Nicole Sheppard postponed the trial, which had been scheduled to start next Monday (Feb. 2).
