A man was wounded Wednesday at the Fairgrounds Race Course in New Orleans after an argument led to a pitchfork attack.
“Victim and suspect in verbal argument when suspect chased victim on foot. Victim struck suspect with pitchfork,” according to an initial New Orleans Police report.
