We met a group of older adults starting to move and the man who’s in the business of getting them in shape during a morning exercise session at the Adult Day Care at Clover.
Frederick Griffith, founder of Anew Fitness, says, “As seniors are retiring and they have different conditions, they’re sitting a lot more. They’re not moving so mobility creates independence.”…
