NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans Police officers and EMS responded to a car crash in which the car flipped over on Julia Street on Monday, Feb. 2, just after 10:30 p.m.
One of the residents of the Gallery Row Condominiums on Julia Street said the building’s security cameras captured the crash in which the car hits a parked truck and then flips over.

A neighborhood resident said there were two passengers in the car, and they crawled out of the car but were later taken to a hospital by EMS.
The crash is still under investigation…
