NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans is mentioned 536 times in the federal government’s latest dump of Jeffrey Epstein investigation materials, including the search for a woman from the city initiated by the late financier and convicted sex offender.
Many mentions of the city are duplicates within emails related to travel itineraries. Others include queries from a Miami-based FBI agent working to confirm whether Epstein attended financial conferences in New Orleans between 1998-2000.
But the trove of documents released last week by the U.S. Department of Justice also includes a September 2016 email sent by Epstein to a person whose name is redacted.
