I-610 Ram-and-Jack Shocks New Orleans Driver Near Louisa Exit

Two suspects are on the run after, police say, they deliberately rammed a driver on Interstate 610 in New Orleans and stole his car in a late-night stickup that turned a routine drive into a crime scene.

According to New Orleans police, the carjacking happened around 9:28 p.m. on Jan. 22 near the Louisa Street exit. A black vehicle hit the rear of the victim’s car and forced him to stop.
