ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A former Chalmette pastor was sentenced to the maximum prison time of seven years for indecent behavior with juveniles on Wednesday, Feb. 11.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, Milton Martin III has been in jail since his conviction in mid-December 2025. He will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years after his release.
“This just goes to show that we will never stop fighting to protect the children of Louisiana,” Attorney General Liz Murrill said. “If you hurt our kids, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”…
