The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of a second suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in Violet. According to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook post, 19-year-old Malajah Lougin was arrested and charged as a principal to second-degree murder. The arrest follows the earlier booking of 23-year-old Tyreese Riley on the same charge.
