The Krewe of Athena will roll through Metairie at 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening, later than its start time in years past, according to Jefferson Parish officials.

The start time was pushed back to give the krewe enough time to acquire tractors that were being used in the Krewe of Okeonas parade, which rolls Sunday morning in Uptown New Orleans, officials said.
