The Krewe of Bacchus honored the upcoming 250th anniversary of the U.S. during Sunday’s parade, and what better way to celebrate than to bring along Captain America himself?
Anthony Mackie, a New Orleans native who stars as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, rode atop a chariot on the fifth float of the parade. Decked out in an America 250 letterman, Mackie threw beads as a “special guest” of the parade.
