NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Rex, King of Carnival and King Zulu will arrive at Spanish Plaza during the 40th Annual Riverwalk Lundi Gras celebration on Monday, February 16.
The Carnival event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Riverwalk Outlets and features performances by local musicians, food and craft vendors, and fireworks. Admission is free.
