LaBeouf, 39, was photographed wearing a red fleece sweatshirt and hoodie in New Orleans on Monday, Feb. 23. The actor moved to New Orleans “as a reset” and to spend more time with his father following his split from Mia Goth last year, a source recently told PEOPLE.
The actor’s presence in the city received significant public attention when he was arrested in the French Quarter neighborhood on Feb. 17. In a statement provided to PEOPLE, the New Orleans Police Department alleged that LaBeouf punched two men after causing a disturbance at a business on Royal Street.
