New Orleans police are searching for a man they say stole air conditioning parts in a series of thefts in New Orleans East, causing around $80,000 in damages.
NOPD said the man, who was not named by police, is believed to have illegally entered a property in the 8500 block of I-10 Service Road in the Read Boulevard East area several times between October and February. Several buildings in the area had parts of their air conditioner units stripped, according to officials.
The man is wanted for felony theft.
