NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Family, friends and supporters gathered at Xavier University to celebrate the life of Dr. Norman C. Francis.
“He was out there keeping the doors of Xavier University open. He’d always say it’s a miracle that the doors at Xavier continue to be open all these years,” said Honorable Judge Ivan Lemelle.
