The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a man they call a “violent” carjacker.
Police say Arthur Cook “violently attacked” a driver at Banks and South Salcedo streets on February 12, stealing and fleeing in the victim’s car.
Police say Banks is also wanted for an armed robbery in January…
