NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A former personal injury attorney who has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud testified Thursday that he filed multiple fraudulent crash lawsuits going back to 2017.
Patrick Keating told the court that many of his cases came through defendant Jason Giles, and that other attorneys were filing similar fraudulent lawsuits.
