NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The owners of Tujague’s are adding a new cocktail bar to the Hotel Perle later this Spring.
According to a news release, it will be called Charles and Julia. It will hold two distinct spaces. The downstairs area will be designed as a wine and cocktail lounge. Upstairs, the rooftop area will be designed as a “lush European garden escape floating above the city.” Guests will be surrounded by greenery and skyline views.
