Construction is ongoing on a New Orleans restaurant coming to Baton Rouge.
Vals, a Mexican-inspired restaurant plans to open this year at 7242 Perkins Road. The owners of the popular eatery on Freret Street in New Orleans bought the Baton Rouge property for $1.5 million in April.
