NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A joint investigation by the New Orleans Police Department and Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office dismantled what authorities described as a large-scale drug trafficking and indoor marijuana cultivation operation spanning Orleans and Jefferson parishes.
The operation led to the seizure of hundreds of marijuana plants, other narcotics and a large number of guns, including fully automatic weapons.
