NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Charles Cannon resolved his case in the 2023 fatal shooting of Brandon Montrell, the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office said.
The resolution occurred in open court on Monday (March 23). Cannon will be formally sentenced on April 6.
