NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department’s Force Investigation Team is reviewing video footage after a chaotic triple shooting on Thursday afternoon left one man dead and two others hospitalized.
The deceased has been identified by family members as 38-year-old Lafimmas Leevon Haynes.
The incident, which involved officers from the Tulane University Police Department (TUPD), has sparked a demand for transparency from the victim’s grieving relatives.
