A Marrero man will stand trial for second-degree murder after a Jefferson Parish grand jury indicted him for the shooting death of his brother, a St. John the Baptist Parish deputy sheriff.
Darius Guerin, 32, was also charged Thursday with obstruction of justice and aggravated flight from an officer, according to Jefferson Parish court records.
