The Munch Factory, the modern Creole restaurant run by chef Jordan Ruiz and his wife, Alexis, has officially landed in Mid-City on Bienville Street. The move takes the spot out of its quieter Gentilly foothold and into a larger, more visible address that adds a full bar and a roomy covered patio. Longtime staples, from dark-roux gumbo to bread pudding, now have a more central stage built for weekday lunch traffic and private events.
