NOPD searching for woman accused of posing as rideshare driver, using victim’s phone to steal

The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a woman accused of posing as a rideshare driver and gaining access to a victim’s cellphone before stealing from them last month, according to authorities.

Officials are searching for Feriyon Destany Brown, 28, who is wanted on counts of theft by fraud, the department said Monday.
