NEW ORLEANS — Drivers crossing the Crescent City Connection Tuesday night should expect brief delays as law enforcement conducts a planned traffic operation.
The New Orleans Police Department, along with Louisiana State Police and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, will carry out the operation from about 7:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
During that time, officials say there will be a temporary rolling closure of traffic on the bridge from the East Bank to the West Bank. Several on-ramps along Interstate 10 East and U.S. 90 Business between South Carrollton Avenue and General De Gaulle Drive will also be temporarily closed…
