MARRERO, La. — New information has emerged in a missing persons case that left Marrero neighbors reeling.
Jefferson Parish investigators have now confirmed human remains unearthed from the backyard of a Gaudet Drive home belong to Eddie Tillman Jr., a father of four who disappeared in August 2023. The development comes alongside a third arrest in the case and disturbing testimony about what witnesses say the suspects allegedly told others about the killing in the years after Tillman vanished.
40-year-old Kelly Barrios of Ponchatoula, was arrested Wednesday and booked on counts of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and failure to report a felony.
