An off-duty senior NYPD officer allegedly fired an accidental, stray shot during an altercation with his daughter’s boyfriend in Rockland County on Sunday, according to law enforcement sources.

Assistant Chief Benjamin Gurley, who oversees the Bronx North command, was involved in a physical altercation with a man accused of harassing his daughter in Haverstraw, New York late Sunday night, sources told The Post.

The man is purportedly dating Gurley’s daughter, according to the sources.
