Teen Shot in Face, Girl Wounded as Brooklyn Gunfire Injures Three, NYPD Seeks Suspect

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that injured three people in Brooklyn.

According to the NYPD, the shooting occurred at approximately 11:55 p.m. on Monday, July 20, behind 819 Pennsylvania Avenue within the confines of the 75th Precinct.

Investigators said an unidentified individual fired multiple rounds, striking a nearby window and sending bullets and shattered glass into the area where several people were gathered.

Three young victims injured in shooting

Police said a 19-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the face, while a 17-year-old girl was struck in the back by gunfire.

An 18-year-old man was also injured when shattered glass struck his face after bullets hit a window. Authorities said he declined medical attention at the scene…
