Police arrest man in connection to deadly Susquehanna River crash

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man accused of leaving a Columbia woman to drown after crashing a car in the Susquehanna River last week has been arrested, police confirmed.

Officials said Mikaail Cotton was arrested Tuesday in New York City on an alleged firearms offense and is currently being held at Rikers Island.
