A disabled train near Secaucus is causing significant disruptions for NJ Transit rail commuters, with delays reaching up to 60 minutes for service into and out of Penn Station New York.
The transit agency has activated cross-honoring agreements to help affected passengers reach their destinations. NJ Transit rail tickets and passes are being accepted on NJ Transit buses, private carrier buses and PATH trains at several key locations.
