A former NYPD cop who was axed from the force in 2023 for pulling a gun during a parking dispute is now facing DWI manslaughter raps after a weekend crash in Nassau County.
Police say 26-year-old Aaron Cooper of Lindenhurst had been drinking when he lost control of his vehicle at 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning in North Woodmere and flipped the car.
Arriving officers found Cooper’s unidentified 22-year-old passenger dead at the scene.

The ex-cop suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Cooper is now facing a raft of charges, including manslaughter, assault, DWI, and reckless driving.
Cooper was fired from the NYPD in January 2023 for pulling out a pistol during an early morning argument over a parking spot.
