Colin Marma, a 26-year-old man from Putnam County who had been missing since Feb. 2, has been found dead in Manhattan.
His family, friends and the group Hope Alive 845 had joined forces to try to locate him.
His mother says her son was a vulnerable adult who had been grappling with mental health challenges.
